When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Debugging in a server-side Swift project
There are in general two types of errors: one occurs in runtime and the other takes place during code compilation. Runtime errors are expensive because they are difficult to track and tackle. Swift enforces strong type checking to reduce the chance of your mistake slipping through compilation error checking and become a runtime error. Unit tests with good code coverage also help you discover problems during development time. However, when a runtime error does occur, you'll need a better strategy to cope with it.
This is especially true for a server-side project because it is hard to reproduce the same condition that caused a runtime error to happen when there could be so many different kinds of networking ...
