ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Tage C. Tracy (Anthem, Arizona) has operated a financial consulting firm focused on providing executive-level accounting, financial and risk management, and strategic business planning management support to private businesses, on a fractional basis. Tage specializes in businesses operating at distinct stages, including start-ups and launches, rapid growth, ramp-up and expansion management, and strategic exit. He also has expertise in acquisition preparedness and management, turnarounds, challenging environments, and survival techniques.
In addition to taking the reins with authoring How to Read a Financial Report (now in its 10th edition), Tage has authored How to Write a Financial Report, a new companion book that is designed to further expand and elevate the reader’s understanding of financial reports and statements. Tage’s stable of books also includes being the lead author of Business Financial Information Secrets and Accounting Workbook for Dummies (2nd edition) and has coauthored a total of five books with his late father John A. Tracy, including Accounting for Dummies, 7th edition, The Comprehensive Guide on How to Read a Financial Report, Cash Flow for Dummies, Small Business Financial Management Kit for Dummies, and How to Manage Profit and Cash Flow.
