So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

2.1.2 Processing settings
When you are defining the values for physical and virtual processor units, you
need to assign a minimum, a wanted, and a maximum value.
Physical processing units
For minimum processing units, the best practice is to set this value to 0.1. This
number is the lowest configured unit value that can be assigned to a partition,
and which allows the Virtual I/O Server to boot.
