10.1 Starting and stopping components
The integration infrastructure that was discussed in this book consists of five
main runtime components:
A database server
A message broker
An InterChange Server
An WebSphere MQ Workflow
Two WebSphere Application Servers
Besides the runtime servers, two additional components act as bridges between
one and another component. The JDBC connector bridges between the
InterChange Server and the application database. The WebSphere MQ
Workflow connector bridges between the WebSphere MQ Workflow server and
the InterChange Server.
