A Project Plan, Timeline with Milestones, Is Necessary

Now, we move from high level in the last chapter to being even more project-specific. Depending on the size of the line, a project plan may be required or desired. We are now using Scrum techniques for this as well. We suggest creating a short timeline or Gantt chart for an area-focused project, and a more formal or detailed plan for a large-scale project.
