Roadmap to Organizational Preparedness

Our goal for Chapters 1 through 6 was to provide insights into sponsorship to stimulate thinking about improving the effectiveness of sponsorship as a strategic tool. Tangible results of better sponsorship manifest in many ways: increased project successes, improved communications between sponsors and project managers, more timely access to important information, improved decision making, a supportive culture, improved performance, and development and exhibition of better leadership skills from those performing the sponsorship role.
