I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

What is creativity?
There is plenty of froth generated around the notion of creativity in organizations. I don’t think people really know precisely what they mean by it. I never considered myself a creative person yet now I am often called in to business for being just that. People can now think beyond the lone geniuses like Picasso or Mozart, but at the start of my sessions they are very quick to dismiss themselves as not creative. They soon demonstrate how wrong they are by what they do when we work together. Then I find out more about their career and personal lives: they have brought people together to complete plenty of projects or organized a sports team or run a marathon or put on an event, all of which should ...
