So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Preface to the Third Edition
The Second Edition of this book was inspired by the might of the 2008 Global Financial Crisis and the reverberations in corporate governance and regulation that took a decade to work through the international governance system. Governance cycles and transformation are a dynamic of the international corporate system.
This Third Edition of International Corporate Governance, though, is inspired by a far greater global crisis than we could have contemplated a few decades ago.
