I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Alex Liu is managing partner and chairman at Kearney, a leading global consulting partnership.
A trusted advisor to CEOs and boards for over 30 years, Alex is the firm's ninth managing partner in its nearly 100‐year history, first elected in 2018. An immigrant from Taiwan who was raised in the South, he also serves as the firm's chief diversity officer. Hailing from generations of educators and coaches, he boasts three adult children in San Diego who carry on that same family legacy in different ways. Alex earned a BA in economics from Yale and an MBA from Harvard, after graduating from Episcopal High School in Virginia. He remains an avid rugby player and Tar Heels basketball fan.
