I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
About the Author
Dean Williams has been a faculty member at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government since 1999 and is based at the Center for Public Leadership, where he directs the World Leaders Project. He is also the faculty chair of the executive education program, the Global Change Agent.
Dean served for five years as the chief adviser to the president of Madagascar, leading a comprehensive and innovative reform process for rapid development.
