Different Times, Similar Results
Although the 1990s research took place in an organizational environment far different from the one in the previous decade, and although it included samples that had greater cultural diversity and more minorities and women than the earlier research, the results that emerged were surprisingly similar. This indicates that many of the factors that go into developing effective leadership have not changed much in twenty years.
