A Final Thought

Although I, and other members of my profession, would be hard-pressed to produce irrefutable scientific data documenting that such courses are cost effective, observation and anecdote strongly suggest that these experiences have a strong impact on the attendees. They do change, both in thinking and in action. Their world has been expanded, they have learned what they do well and where they might have some modifiable flaws, they have closely observed other people of quality, and they have been stimulated to consider what future changes they might make, both personally and organizationally.
