I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

As a leader, you may find yourself pulled between making decisions quickly and making them well. You need to be able to draw on the wisdom of experience and reflection to find the right course. Two techniques that will help you acquire wisdom are inquiry and reflection.
Inquiry turns your energy outward through your dialogue with others. It exposes you to other people’s valuable learning from the significant events they have experienced.
