I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
CHAPTER 9
Taking Risks and Staying Steady 
Dance happens between movement and stillness. Music happens between sound and silence. Leadership happens between action and reflection. The work of transformation often asks us to take great leaps of faith, and it is crucial that we are willing to occasionally take them. It is also crucial that we pause and reflect, so that we and those who depend on us can take a breath, rest, learn, and consider our next action. Paying attention to the rhythm of leaping and stillness, of voice and silence allows us to participate in wholeness—the dance and music of life. Therein lies joy.
