Learning to Care for Ourselves as We Care for Our Communities
We have a burnout crisis in the United States. Many people are leaving the workforce because of heartbreak, exhaustion, and overwork. This does not bode well for social justice. It means that after years of training up our best leaders in this work, we lose them before their work is complete. It is important that we learn to care for ourselves and our communities better.
