Marco Aponte-Moreno, PhD, is an actor and academic. He has been performing in theater and film for the past fifteen years. He obtained his PhD from the Graduate Center, City University of New York, specializing in Hugo Chávez’s political discourse. His current academic research focuses on the role of language and theater in leadership development. Aponte-Moreno teaches leadership and communication at University College London, where he is also the director of the graduate program in management.
