Building a sustainable learning organization typically represents a significant culture change and transformation effort. Although there is no best way to manage the process, one place to start is by assessing areas of strengths and opportunities for improvement in current practices.
This job aid reflects the key Plan, Do, Check, Act actions identified for each of the seven practices in chapters 3 through 9. Use it in combination with the chapter-specific self-assessments as a framework for assessing your learning organization’s current orientation toward sustainability.
