At this stage of your exposure to Xcode, don’t bother trying to figure out the files and structure of the sample TheElements app—it has a lot of moving parts that probably won’t make much sense yet. By the time you reach Chapter 8, however, you’ll be ready for a more detailed walk-through of this project’s component files. In the meantime, there is plenty of language material to cover. But before we get to the new language stuff, we have one more stop to make: using Xcode to create a test workbench app in which you’ll be able to study how the Objective-C language and iOS features covered in later chapters work.
