I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Was macht denn ein Livemischer während der Show, also während die Musik spielt? Eigentlich gibt es doch jetzt nichts mehr zu tun, Zeit zum Kaffeetrinken.
In Wirklichkeit verhält es sich natürlich hoffentlich ein wenig anders. Gerade die Liveshow bietet die Möglichkeit, durch aktive Mitarbeit kreativ und künstlerisch die Intention des Künstlers bestmöglich zu übersetzen, und stellt für mich den Höhepunkt des Konzerts dar – deshalb nenne ich mich ja Livemischer.

Einige Zeit vor Beginn der Show überprüfe ich meist noch einmal den Aufbau der Bühne, die Ausrichtung der Mikrofone und besonders den Zustand von Stativen, Mikrofonklammern, Kabeln und Steckverbindungen und korrigiere etwaige ...
