So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Even though Mac OS X is a very stable and reliable operating system, you’ll inevitably experience problems. You might experience application crashes or hangs, or an application just might not work the way it is supposed to. You might even experience minor annoyances, such as having to do something in several steps that should require only one. In any case, eventually you’ll run into a situation that requires you to troubleshoot and solve a problem.
