In Chapter 7, “Page Layout with CSS Layers,” and Chapter 8 “Formatting Text,” I explained how to use CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) for page design and text formatting. Beyond controlling page positioning and text format, you can use CSS to format almost any element on a page.
