So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Creating a Ktor project
To create a Ktor project, perform the following steps:
- First, open IntelliJ and select New Project, as follows:
- Next, in the Client section, select Jetty HttpClient Engine and then click Next:
- Now, go ahead and set your groupId, artifactId, and versionId to be whatever you want and select Next.
- Choose where you would like your project to be saved, and then click Finish.
At this point, you should have a new Gradle module created based on whatever name you assigned to your project. Within that module, you should ...
