It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Continuous Data Protection (CDP) is a new technology within Veeam Backup & Replication 11 that helps you to protect your mission-critical VMware Virtual Machines (VMs). CDP is beneficial when data loss for several seconds or even several minutes is not acceptable for your applications. Additionally, CDP provides a minimum Recovery Time Objective (RTO) as the VM replicas are in a ready-to-start state. This chapter will discuss what CDP is and the most efficient way to configure it using Veeam Backup & Replication.
