It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
7.3. Working with Lists
For the rest of this chapter, we will be working on a collaboration team subsite that has been previously created. As you'll notice in Figure 7.1, the subsite has several empty lists displayed on the home page that we will be using.
The default lists on this page are Announcements, Calendar, and Links. You can see some additional lists in the Quick Launch area to the left including Tasks and Team Discussion. We'll be working with these in the next several exercises. Exercise 7.1 will start you off with adding an announcement to the already created Announcements list.
