So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Chapter 10 Message-Driven User Interfaces
The user interface part of a system often does not get the attention it deserves in architectural discussions and decisions. Even when designing and building message-driven systems, the frontend area can play a secondary role. Most of the time may be devoted to backend topics, even though UI/UX investments would yield more benefits. These circumstances can be problematic, given that the user interface plays a critical role in the success of a product. Especially when there is competition, a best-in-class user experience can provide a significant competitive advantage. Consequently, the frontend of a product should be as well architected as the rest of a system.
