1. The Commission, while considering Complaint Petition No. 810/2007/SIC, found that though the respondent disseminated information to the petitioner, a delay occurred in the process. Therefore, a Section 20 notice was issued to the respondent calling for an explanation, if any, extenuating his delayed response. The respondent furnished the same as per a letter dated 12-3-2008, explaining the difficulties he faced in giving a reply to the application.
