The development of manpower in an organization is the process of the employees acquiring skills, knowledge and capacities for work. The maintenance of manpower is the process of matching men and work in accordance with their level of development. Health and education are normally considered as human capital. Health includes both physical health and fitness. Education includes formal, non-formal, in-service and travel-related experiences of life.
