Every application experiences some sort of error from time to time. Even if you have created perfect code (a near impossibility), the libraries and underlying platform that the application uses to execute instructions could be less than perfect. In addition, users can and will create exceptional conditions under which errors occur. You must also consider sources of error due to the local environment and the environment to which the client computer connects. The network is also a source of errors.
