So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Introduction
Microsoft Copilot Studio is an agent-building platform that enables low-code makers to build agents that transform business processes. It allows you to design agents for internal scenarios, extending Microsoft 365 Copilot to provide employees with a natural language chat experience for accessing information and performing tasks by interacting with other line-of-business systems. You can also use Copilot Studio to build externally facing agents to enable and scale customer self-service, or to create autonomous agents that use AI to reimagine business process automation. Copilot Studio is part of Microsoft’s Power Platform and includes built-in controls for governance, management, data security, and responsible AI.
