I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Rotating and Flipping Lines and Shapes
To rotate or flip a line or shape, start by selecting it. Then, on the Draw tab, click the Rotate button and choose an option in the gallery.
OneNote offers commands for flipping items and for rotating items to the left or right by 45 and 90 degrees.

Click the Draw tab.
Select a line or shape.
Click the Rotate button and choose Rotate Right 90°.
Click the Rotate button and choose Flip Horizontal.
Tip
You can also rotate a line by dragging its selection handle.
