So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Chapter 17. Closing the Project
One of the most important steps in project management is quite often overlooked: closing a project. Often, project managers or teams do not take the time to officially close their projects for numerous reasons. Some people believe that after work on a project is completed, the project is finished. Or, perhaps they have another project to start and feel their time would be better spent by just diving into the next project. All too often, work on a project finishes, but the project itself just trails away, because it was not properly closed.
