So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
How to Apply the Information in This Book
If a team or organization lacks the fundamentals of solution delivery, it would be detrimental for a team to try to implement all aspects discussed herein. It is better to pick out a few implementable aspects and achieve a few successes. Then reread this book and, from your new vantage point, pick out a few more implementable aspects, whether you choose to improve existing ones or adopt new ones.
If a team is having issues in a few aspects of their solution delivery approach, read the whole book to get an overall understanding of the concepts. Then revisit those trouble areas with an eye toward process improvement ideas.
