So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

One of the key features of a notebook PC is its ability to operate on DC power, using an internal battery. Running your notebook on battery power frees you from having to connect to the nearest wall outlet; it lets you take your notebook virtually anywhere—until the battery runs out, that is.
That’s why one of the key factors in using your notebook your way is figuring out how to extend the life of a battery charge. You don’t want to be in the middle of an important presentation (or ten minutes from the end of a movie) and have your notebook die on you.
