I spend most of my time working online with people from many different companies, freelancers, and other consultants. Rarely are we all in the same organization and on the same Microsoft 365 subscription. Microsoft has built features into Microsoft Teams that enable people to work together even if they aren’t a part of the same company or organization. Most of this functionality is built into features known as guest access, and that is the focus of this chapter.
