This book grew out of decades of conversations, travel, and cross-cultural experiences, and we are grateful to everyone who helped turn those lessons into pages. Writing this book has been a journey across countries and time zones. It would not have been possible without the people who supported, encouraged, challenged, and believed in us along the way.
