I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
1 Introduction to the World of Mobile Device Forensics
In 2014, Cisco’s Visual Networking Index (VNI) Global Mobile Data Traffic Forecast Update indicated that the number of mobile devices in use exceeded the world’s population. In February 2017, the same study by Cisco revealed that “mobile devices and connections in 2016 grew to 8 billion.” In the mobile world, wearables are the latest and most easily noticeable digital devices. Cisco reported that there were 325 million wearable devices in use globally, with a subset (11 million) having a cellular connection as well.
