Normal unicast forwarding is performed solely based on the destination address of a packet.
When uRPF checks are enabled, the router checks its routing table to ensure that a route to the
source address exists through the incoming interface. The assumption is that if a router would
not send a packet out the interface to the source address, it should not receive one in the
