I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

ASP.NET Core SignalR
Mit der Version 2.1 von ASP.NET Core hält SignalR nun endlich auch Einzug in die Core-Welt und ist bereits im Standard-Package enthalten, muss also nicht mehr über Nuget hinzugefügt werden. Bei Redaktionsschluss dieses Buchs war SignalR allerdings noch nicht fertig, sondern nur als Preview-Version verfügbar (2.1.0-preview1-final). Da es zwischen der vorangegangenen Alpha-Version und der Preview einige Breaking-Changes gab, kann es durchaus sein, dass bis zur finalen Version (die am 30.05.2018 während der Satzphase dieses Buchs erschienen ist) noch weitere Änderungen vorgenommen werden, die hier im Buch keine Berücksichtigung finden konnten.
