I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
You’re likely to start a heated debate when you ask people whether Google or Microsoft is better. Spoiler alert: there is no definitive answer. Each product has diehard fans, and each has its strengths and weaknesses. As someone who uses an Apple computer, I tend to lean toward Google. I love the innovation and the ability to collaborate on a Google sheet. Let’s dive into which is best and why.
Pros and Cons of Each
I’ve been using Excel since 2003 as a powerful tool. I use Microsoft and Google products equally, although I tend to prefer PowerPoint over Google Slides just because it has more features. I’m also more comfortable with PowerPoint because I’ve used it for many years.
