I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Wisdom is not about being smart or having a lot of knowledge. It goes much deeper. When we deploy our wisdom, we access multiple levels of our intelligence: intellectual, emotional, and social. We can gain insight through our head, heart, and gut and act in ways that serve the best interests of our people, our organization, and society at large. Wisdom is the thoughtful, measured, and discerning judgment that allows us to keep the big picture in mind while acting to bring the most benefit to the people involved.
AI has knowledge, yes, but it does not have wisdom. AI cannot look beyond its programmatic limitations to ask questions about the data or information it is sharing. And even if we ask it to provide insight ...
