So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

So, what do we see when we gaze over the precipice into the future? How do we maintain balance and ensure success? When we started this research journey, we had concerns about AI and how it might be used to replace humans and make workplaces more automated and mechanical. Although we recognize that there is still that risk, we ultimately became genuinely excited about the potential of AI to augment humans and make workplaces more inspiring and connected.
