The first five chapters of this report tackled data collaboration primarily from a technical angle. They examined why we need the strategy, how it works, which features and practices you need in place to get started with data collaboration, and how to extend the method to additional systems and processes.

This final chapter shifts gears by discussing data collaboration from a business angle rather than a technical one. In the following sections, you’ll learn how to leverage the method to help your business do things it could not do before. The examples and use cases we’ll touch on are not exhaustive; there are many other ways that data collaboration can potentially bring value to your business. But these are some of the prime examples that illustrate how the strategy can drive a fundamentally new approach to business practices, not just technical practices.
