I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Synopsis
SHOW [STORAGE] ENGINES
This statement lists the table types or storage engines
available for the version of MySQL running on the server. It states
which are disabled on the server and which are enabled, as well as
which is the default type. It also provides comments on each type. The
STORAGE keyword is optional
and has no effect on the results. This SQL statement replaces
SHOW TABLE TYPES, which produced the same results,
but is deprecated. Here is an example of this statement:
