7.1 Apply Critical Thinking

Apply critical thinking takes the information gathered from Sections 1 through 6 and combines it with the knowledge, experience, and wisdom each person brings to the process. At this time, consider using the practice of reflective thinking discussed in Section 4.2.11. This process promotes a holistic view of the challenges facing the program or project and facilitates the following outcomes:
