I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Technical requirements
Here are the requirements for installing Ansible and running all of our Ansible playbooks:
- A Linux Virtual Machine (VM) with either of the following distributions:
- Ubuntu 18.04 or higher
- CentOS 7.0 or higher
- Internet connectivity for the VM
Setting up the Linux machine is outside the scope of this recipe. However, the easiest approach to setting up a Linux VM with any OS version is by using Vagrant to create and set up the Ansible VM.
