This appendix lists two types of reference material. The first category is the material used when we prepared the book. The second is material that covers in more depth some of the topics we introduced.
References to a small number of internal Cisco documents were particularly helpful or important (and for which no external equivalent existed). Obviously, these are not available to the general public (who should buy this book instead).
