I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Database Survey
In this appendix I’ve provided a short description for the major database systems covered in this book.
There are currently a huge number of database managements systems in use: The DB-Engines site (http://db-engines.com/en/ranking) ranks database systems according to their popularity using website references, search frequency, job postings, social network and Stack Overflow mentions. They track more than 250 systems, of which more than 100 achieve a non-trivial score (a score greater than 1.0 using their ranking scheme).
