About the Editors
Dalia Nandi is an Assistant Professor of Electronics and Communication Engineering at the Indian Institute of Information Technology Kalyani, West Bengal, India. She received her B.Tech., M.Tech., and PhD (Tech) degree from the University of Calcutta. She has over 30 research papers in international refereed journals and in international conferences. She is a senior member of the IEEE.
Sandip Nandi is an Assistant Professor of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Kalyani Government Engineering College, West Bengal, India. He received his B.Tech., M.Tech., and PhD (Tech) degree from the University of Calcutta. He has published more than 10 research papers in international refereed journals, and in international conferences. He is a senior member of IEEE and a life member of the Institute of Engineers India.
Angsuman Sarkar is presently serving as a Professor of ECE at KGEC, India. His current research interest spans the study of short channel effects of sub‐100 nm MOSFETs and nano device modeling. He has credit for 200+ peer‐reviewed publications.
Chandan Kumar Sarkar received a D.Phil. degree from the University of Oxford in 1983. He was an INSA–Royal Society Visiting Scholar at several UK universities. He served as the Chair of the IEEE Electron Devices Society, Calcutta Chapter, and was the past Chair of IEEE Section.
