Any application framework or tool should be easy to get started with and easy to use. It cannot contain nested levels of hidden complexity that force beginners to learn a process that’s more appropriate for experienced users. It cannot require client tools as well as web tools that overlap in functionality but still require the user to use both. Elements such as these alienate inexperienced users, resulting in their deciding that the platform is too difficult to use.
