CHAPTER 2 E-Business Suite Architecture
In this chapter, we’ll discuss key components that make up the basic building blocks of the E-Business Suite architecture from the technical perspective. For the purposes of this book, we will only take into consideration the latest major releases of E-Business Suite, R11i and R12.
Between these two releases there has been some significant changes in the system architecture, and where it is relevant we will highlight these throughout this chapter and the rest of the book.
